No one wants elections to be delayed: CM Murad

MIRPUR SAKRO: Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said here yesterday that no one wants the upcoming general elections 2018 to be delayed. Addressing an event in Mirpur Sakro he referred to political rivals, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, demand for snap elections and said “PTI’s job is to deceive people.” He also said that he shared reservations regarding census in his meeting with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. Speaking about the development projects in Thatta, he said that the road from Karachi to Thatta via Garho to Chuhar Jamali is being constructed for the betterment of the people, adding that the road will provide convenience to the people. Murad also shared that the construction of a dual-carriageway from Thatta to Hyderabad is also being planned. On the Keti Bander project, he said that the projects include construction of port among other projects. “Keti Bander has space for 50,000 Megawatt Power Plant,” he said. He also said that the Keti Bander project was deceased party leader Benazir Bhutto dream. “We will complete the project at all costs.”
