MUZAFFARABAD: Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has said likes of Mullah Mansour and US drones were roaming in Pakistan due to policies adopted by former military ruler Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf. Commenting on the killing of Taliban chief Mullah Mansour in a US drone attack in Balochistan last week, he said neither ground nor space of the country have been secure due to Musharraf’s policies. “Terrorism and drone attacks are the two gifts that Musharraf has given,” he said. “Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif made the country self-reliant in electricity production while Musharraf pushed it to darkness,” Pervaiz Rashid said. He said PTI chairman Imran Khan who supported the military dictator’s referendum wants to stage sit-in at a time when Pakistan needs stability.
